Shipping:   We provide USPS Priority and Express Mail shipping along with Global Priority. Credit card orders are usually shipped the next day or if received very early in the morning, they may be shipped the same day. According to USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Express orders are guaranteed by the post office to arrive 1 to 2 business days after shipment. There may be an extra day of processing time. You can determine how long your express package will take by visiting usps express mail . Or you can call the Post Office at 1-800-222-1811. Please allow two weeks for funds transfer verification when paying by check. You pay just one low shipping charge no matter how many items you buy. Sales Tax:   Sales tax of 8% will be charged on purchases made in California. Availability:   Our site offers hundreds of different styles and colors. In order to provide this wide selection, we only stock a few of each. However, inventory information is updated in realtime as each order is submitted so it is unlikely that your selection will not be available. If the picture shows on the screen it should be in stock. If you order an item and cannot find it again after the order has been submitted, it is probably because your ordered the last one. If you try to order more items than are in inventory, you will get an error message. You can use our special order form to order larger quantities. Gloves and scarves are redily available and we can usually fill your special order within a week. If you do not find exactly what you need, feel free to email us. Cancellations or Modifications   We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted. If you want to change or add to your order, please place a separate order for any item not in your original order. Any unwanted items can be returned. For product return instructions, please click on "Returns" at the bottom of the home page. Matching Colors:   Our color charts are now online and they should give you a truer estimate of the color. Please understand that the color you see on your monitor is not necessarily what we see on ours. These colors should be used as an approximation only. Click on bright colors or soft colors.
